Information Collection, Use, and Sharing

We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.

Transfer to third parties

Shure Europe GmbH will not transfer collected data to third parties, especially it will not be sold, hired out or exchanged. We will transfer such data to the required extent only if we use subcontractors or agents who need that data for providing the services requested by you. In this case, we will place an obligation on our partners to treat data confidentially under the law and to delete it as soon as it is no longer needed. Contact forms

In order to ensure a smooth contacting or participation in promotions of Shure, we use contact forms of the company Formstack LLC, 8606 Allisonville Rd., Suite 260, Indianapolis, IN 46250. All data entered by you during the contacting are transmitted to a server of Formstack LLC in the USA and stored there encrypted. Formstack LLC commits itself to comply with data protection and does not relay data to third parties unless required by law. This service collects and stores data, from which usage profiles are created using pseudonyms. These usage profiles serve to analyse visitor behaviour and are used to optimise and design our choice of products adequately.

Newsletter

We use the eMail Marketing Software Mailchimp of The Rocket Science Group LLC to facilitate Newsletter services. If you subscribe to our Newsletter, the information you enter during the subscription process will be transferred to Mailchimp and may be stored on their servers in the United States of America. This includes information such as email addresses, emails received and links accessed within a Newsletter. This information is used to deliver and constantly improve the quality of eMail Newsletters containing information you expressed interest in. You may at any time opt-out of any Newsletter via the unsubscribe mechanism in each email.

Social Plug-Ins

Social plug-ins of various social Internet networks are integrated on our web pages (e.g. Facebook, YouTube or Twitter). Registration

In order to use some parts of this website, a user must first complete the registration form. During registration a user is required to give certain information (such as name and email address).
